I am the executor of a will and have recently been approached by one of the heirs. She is alleging an abuse of power of attorney by another heir which forced her to lose a portion of her inheritance and resulted in the benefit of the one with power of attorney. Is this a matter that I need to get involved in or is it a matter to be resolved between the two involved?

You need to get involved. As executor, your job is to determine the deceased's assets. You need to determine whether the deceased's assets should include those assets removed by power of attorney. If assets were improperly removed from the deceased's name, your job will be to recover those assets for the estate.

When your mother passed in october 26th 2008 and there are no assets or property but there is a safety deposit box and there is no will can you become the adminstrator by tommorrow to see if there is a will in it.I am the daughter and I am 28 and just found the keys looking through her things. Please answer ASAP

You typically cannot become Administrator in a day. Attorney must prepare pleadings and Affidavits, they must be signed by the parties, filed at the courthouse, reviewed by a law clerk, signed by a Judge, and then the processing department at the courthouse must issue certified copies of Letters of Administration.

What is your normal charge for a succession were there is just a home involved worth approx.100,000.00..No one contesting.. My husband was left usufruct by parents, but there are 3 grandchildren from a deceased brother..We have no use for the home and he just wants to sell and give them his deceased brothers share...We have all paper work ... no other assets involved...would y be able to quote me a price and approx. how long this would take.??

I think, enjoyment is not definited gauge. If you think you're satisfied, it really is accurate, you are happy guy. Private pleasure is not determined by others. When you like, insipid and serenity of less-stressed contemplative lives also are joy. This is my own, personal view and I think as long as we now have a good feeling, therefore our life should be a lot better than before.
